The Courtyard Princess

In a far far away land, lived a king and a queen with their only daughter Princess Kind Heart. Princess Kind Heart loved her people. One day, when she woke up and came to the dinning room, her father the king told her that they are not home schooling her anymore. Hearing this, she was shocked and asked why. The queen replied, "You wake up late everyday and are late for your classes." "Mom! Dad! Which school am I going to?" "Darling, you are going to the Royal High School," said the queen. "No, I don't want to go. I want to stay at home," said Princess Kind Heart. "It will be fun my dear," said the king. "The carriage is here. Have a nice day," said the queen.

The carriage picked other royals, who were also students at the Royal High School. It was very cold in the school. So, a fairy, who helped out in the school, gave a shawl to Princess Kind Heart. Then they went inside to meet the Principal, Mr. Lee. He told her that Princess Yusra is going to be her guide and will tell her everything about the school. After a few hours, when they were sitting in the garden, Princess Sia came and asked them rudely to vote for her in the "Courtyard Princess Competition" and then left laughing with her friends. Princess Kind Heart was helping everyone in school. One week passed and the Courtyard Princess Competition Day had come. Mr. Lee asked everyone to write their votes and fairies would collect them. Mr. Lee announced the winner but there was a problem. Princess Sia and Princess Kind Heart got the same number of votes. So, Mr. Lee asked Princess Yusra to give a second vote. Princess Yusra said, " I give my second vote to my best friend Sia." Hearing this, Princess Kind Heart was shocked and ran out to the cafe. Suddenly, a fairy came and asked here to follow. Then Mr. Lee told everyone that he didnt know how to count. He proudly announced that the winner was Princess Kind Heart. The crowd cheered. Then she went home and told her parents that she won. Her parents were surprised and gave many gifts and a new tiara. They also hosted a party. She lived happily ever after and had lots of friends.
